Welcome to this 9th issue of Body, Space & Technology. Here, as in every issue, our main categories remain unchanged, that is, papers (refereed), perspectives, reviews, and performances, as does our policy of publishing across themes and disciplines. Within each of the submissions in this edition you will also find useful links to various apposite events and websites. For this issue we have included submissions from a range of exciting practitioners and theoreticians. Our editorial board as always includes key international practitioners and theoreticians.

As the key editorial staff we remain enthusiastic to keep to the high standards we set in our very first edition. As always, we hope you find the contents of this issue stimulating and relevant to your own practice and research and we look forward to receiving new and innovative material either in the form of a response to our publications, performances, and so on, or relating to any other topics that might interest you within the wider context of body, space and/or technology.
